How personalization works
The questionnaire is the raw material. This page says what it asks, what happens to your answers, and where the line between a revision and a new brief sits.
The questionnaire is the raw material. This page says what it asks, what happens to your answers, and where the line between a revision and a new brief sits.
Pick a guide or a topic from the catalogue available that day. Each product page states what the guide covers, the delivery format and the revision scope.
Answer the questionnaire: your goal, your constraints, the context you want addressed, how much time you actually have. The questions you are shown define the scope of the brief.
We confirm by email that production has begun, then build the guide against that brief: what goes in, what stays out, what gets an example and what gets a page of its own.
The finished file arrives at the address on the order, in the format and within the timeframe the product page stated. Lost it? We re-send it free for two years.
It asks for the goal in your own words, the constraints that are not negotiable, the context the guide has to survive, how much time you actually have in a week, and what you have already tried. It takes about twenty minutes. Short answers are fine. Vague answers produce a vague guide, and that is the one failure mode we cannot correct for you.
A revision corrects the guide against the brief you submitted: something was missed, something was misread, something was covered at the wrong depth. A new brief is when the situation itself changed. The first is included where the product page says so and is always free when the delivered guide does not match what you submitted. The second is a new order, and we will say so plainly rather than quietly absorbing it and producing something worse.
They are used to write your guide and for nothing else. They are kept for up to 24 months so a lost file can be re-sent and a dispute can be handled, then deleted. They are never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train a model. This site runs no analytics and no tracking pixels at all.
Three things. Nothing else.
